Recreational vehicles are becoming increasingly common, and social media features trailers and buses converted into living spaces. In this context, JT Collective Tiny Homes has developed a project called Magnolia. This project is slightly less than eight meters long but includes a kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, living room, and, of course, wheels.
The Magnolia structure is mounted on a two-axle trailer, which allows the home to be transported. The standard configuration reaches 7.9 meters in length and about 2.6 meters in width. A wider option is also available for those who prefer more interior space than simple portability.
Despite its reduced dimensions, the kitchen in Magnolia is not limited to the bare necessities. It is equipped with an oven, a two-burner stove, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a stainless steel sink.
The home provides space for large appliances that often take up a lot of room in a traditional house. Magnolia also includes a dishwasher and a vertical washer-dryer. The living room, adjacent to the kitchen, is furnished with a sofa, a coffee table, a fan, and even air conditioning.
Instead of dedicating part of the floor to a bedroom, Magnolia places the sleeping area on an upper level. This area accommodates a double bed and a small bedside table. Storage is also integrated with the bedroom: cabinets and shelves are built into the staircase leading to the upper level, helping to optimize space.
The bathroom is located under the bedroom and is equipped with a shower, sink, and toilet.

Since the structure is designed for transport, the exterior casing is made using wooden cladding and a metal roof for greater protection. Even with its small size, the project is distinguished by its ability to efficiently utilize space. Typically, mobile homes do not have washing machines or dishwashers, but in Magnolia, all this equipment is present, albeit at a cost.
All the space and equipment of the home classify it as a 'tiny house' with 'professional' models, which increases its price. The Magnolia project is announced with a price starting from 102 thousand US dollars (which is approximately 530 thousand Brazilian reais).
