Dairy farming consultations available for Gayatriben through AI assistant

Gayatriben faced a problem when her buffalo continued to headbutt a tree. Previously, she had to contact her dairy cooperative union, pay a veterinarian's visit fee of 150 rupees, and wait for assistance.

However, this time she simply called Sarlaben—an AI assistant developed for dairy farmers. This assistant provides knowledge and research on the dairy industry from Amul directly to farmers in their native language.

Currently, over half a million farmers trust Sarlaben for matters related to dairy farming. This highlights how timely and accurate consultation can drastically change the situation.

This initiative is being implemented in partnership with the Gates Foundation in India.
