A student in Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh, registered a complaint of her bicycle being stolen at the District Magistrate's office. Neetu, a 22-year-old resident of Ramganga Gotia in the Awla police station area, stated that her bicycle had been stolen from the hostel of Bareilly ITI College about three months ago. Due to this theft, Neetu was facing serious difficulties in commuting for college and her studies.
She approached the District Magistrate's office with this problem and informed DM Avinash Kumar about the entire situation.
