Bugatti will launch 60-story residence in Miami with butler services

Bugatti has announced its first real estate project in the United States, named Bugatti Residences Miami. This development consists of a 60-story tower that will feature 183 luxury units, including four penthouses, located on the banks of the Miami River in the Brickell financial district of Florida city.

The land designated for the project is approximately 4,000 m², which is slightly more than half the size of a soccer field. The tower's development is being carried out by Prosper Group, based in Miami, in collaboration with Versluys Group, a Belgian company.

The architectural design was conceived by the firm Brandon Haw Architecture, while the interiors are the responsibility of the studio Yabu Pushelberg. According to Bugatti, all aspects of the project, from architecture to the residents' arrival experience, will adhere to the design philosophy of 'Art, Forme, Technique,' which the French brand applies to its hypercars.

Future residents will have access to butler service provided by Rhodium, which acts as the exclusive residential operator of the tower. The property boasts over 90 meters of river frontage and offers water access to Biscayne Bay.

The developers estimate the total value of the development at around R$ 3.4 billion (equivalent to US$ 650 million). The acquisition of the land, finalized in August, cost approximately R$ 260 million (US$ 50 million).

Jay Roberts, CEO of Prosper Group, justified the choice of Miami, stating that the city has established itself as a global hub for wealth movement, making it the ideal destination for Bugatti's residential debut in the country.

The housing proposal aims to mirror the exclusivity associated with the hypercar manufacturer and follows a global trend observed in automakers investing in the high-end real estate market. In the Miami region, other brands such as Porsche, Mercedes-Benz, and Aston Martin already have developments bearing their respective brands.

Bugatti itself had already entered this segment in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, through the licensing of Bugatti Residences by Binghatti. This building in Dubai features private pools, an artificial beach inspired by the Riviera, and elevators capable of transporting owners' vehicles to the penthouses. According to developer Binghatti, the last available penthouse in that project starts from R$ 219 million (155 million dirhams).

Despite the official announcement, certain details remain undefined. Bugatti has not yet disclosed the final design of the building, nor specified the size and price of the units, the complete list of amenities, or the expected completion date. Sales are scheduled to begin in the first half of 2027.
