From January to July 2026, Russia held the position of the largest supplier of chocolate products to Uzbekistan. According to data from the National Statistical Committee of Uzbekistan, during this period, Uzbekistan imported about 28.5 thousand tons of confectionery from 46 countries for a total amount of 123.7 million US dollars.
Compared to the same period in 2025, the volume of chocolate imports increased by 1.6 thousand tons, which represents a growth of 6%.
In this regard, Russia supplied 19.5 thousand tons, significantly exceeding the volumes supplied by other countries. Ukraine was in second place in supplies to Uzbekistan, providing 2.2 thousand tons of confectionery products.
Other supplying countries included Kazakhstan, which supplied 914 tons, and Belarus, which delivered 805.2 tons. Other major suppliers included Lithuania with 746.2 tons, Turkmenistan with 715.2 tons, and Turkey with 569.5 tons. The remaining countries contributed about 3 thousand tons of confectionery products to the total import.
