Unigroup Navoiy, located in the Navoiy industrial park within the Navoiy Free Economic Zone, has started shipping goods from its new production facility. The first batch was dispatched on September 22.
Over 25,000 hair care products were handed over to a distributor for sale in the domestic market. This initial shipment marked one of the practical stages of the enterprise's launch and the localization of production in Uzbekistan.
This project attracted investments totaling 60 million US dollars, and the estimated annual production capacity of the enterprise is 85 million units.
Currently, three out of seven production lines of the plant are operational. Two more lines are planned to be commissioned by the end of 2026, and the remaining two in 2027.
As production expands, the company intends to increase output and broaden its product range. The next step will be entering foreign markets. In the long term, the company plans to supply its products to Central Asian countries and other regions.
The goal of the entire project is to develop local production, implement modern technologies, and enhance the export potential of the Navoiy region.
