Ukraine and Finland have concluded an agreement on cooperation concerning drone production. Finnish President Alexander Stubb stated at a press conference that this agreement provides a platform for joint work, especially for companies, and it concerns joint manufacturing.
He added that this could mean Ukraine will be able to obtain certain drone models that it would like to produce in Finland, where it could potentially be done more efficiently and even at a lower cost, provided it depends on the decisions of the companies themselves.
The idea of such an agreement was previously presented by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky to Finnish Prime Minister Petteri Orpo in early May in Armenia.
The signing of the agreement took place in New York, within the framework of the UN General Assembly, and was carried out by Finnish President Alexander Stubb and Volodymyr Zelensky.
