Vivo is soon set to launch its new smartphone, the Vivo V80, in India. The company has announced that this device will be unveiled in India on October 6, 2026, at 12:00 PM. This smartphone will serve as the latest model in the Vivo V lineup, which targets the entry-level market segment.
The new model in the V series will receive several upgrades, including enhancements to the camera, display, battery, and hardware. The manufacturer will equip the upcoming gadget with a 7200mAh battery and a 50MP ZEISS camera.

Vivo V80 will support 4K cinematic video recording
The back panel of the Vivo V80 will feature a triple camera module, where all three lenses have a resolution of 50 megapixels, and the camera configuration has been tuned by ZEISS. A 50MP camera is also provided for selfies.
In addition to the cameras, the Vivo V80 will incorporate impressive features. The Vivo V series will support 4K cinematic video recording, allowing users to create stunning stories. A 50MP ZEISS telephoto lens is also available, supporting portrait mode with 10x zoom.
Artificial intelligence (AI) tools will be integrated into the new Vivo V80. These tools will allow users to modify the environment and background in their photos, and will also provide an option to create a live collage.
