Central Bank Stresses the Need for the Banking Network's Readiness for International Challenges

The Deputy for International Relations of the Central Bank noted the critical importance of the banking network being prepared for rapidly changing international processes. He stated that close interaction between the Central Bank and the banking network, as well as utilizing the experience of experts and specialists, can generate synergy, help find effective solutions to problems, and ensure foresight in the field of international banking operations.

According to an IRNA report citing the Central Bank, Abolfazl Kudei described that one of the goals of the third meeting of deputies for international relations of the banking network is brainstorming and exchanging views on recent global trends. He specified that such meetings are part of the Central Bank's measures and activities on the international stage that correspond to issues concerning the work of banks and economic and commercial entities, and where the experience of other banks can be utilized.

Kudei also noted that another goal of the gathering is to receive opinions, views, and proposals from leaders and colleagues in the international field of banking. These opinions are used both in policy development and in decision-making in the international sphere, as well as in resolving emerging banking issues.

He particularly emphasized that the Central Bank is ready to accept questions raised by banks and integrate them into the decision-making process. Given the speed of international changes and existing limitations, Kudei stressed the necessity of the banking network being ready for new conditions. He added that when forecasting trends, it is necessary to manage the risks and consequences of new events through cooperation and brainstorming.

The Deputy for International Relations of the Central Bank reiterated the significance of brainstorming and close interaction between the Central Bank and the banking network. It was expected that at these meetings, in addition to reviewing current issues and problems, existing experience would be applied to provide fresh and effective solutions.

In conclusion, Kudei repeated that establishing a connection between the Central Bank and the banking network, along with involving experts and specialists with valuable experience, can lead to significant synergy, the search for effective solutions, and strategic planning in international banking. Various international topics were discussed at this meeting, and participants presented their proposals and solutions. The third meeting of deputies for international relations of the banking network was held with the support of Mellat Bank.
