It states: 'When the Sun, Moon, and Jupiter simultaneously enter the sign of Tishya, then what has been done will happen.' This means that the beginning of Krita Yuga, or Satya Yuga, will come when the Sun, Moon, and Jupiter enter 'Tishya'—Pushnakshatra and the same sign (Cancer).

Since the dominion of Pushnakshatra belongs to the planet Jupiter and it is under the sign of Cancer, this joint appearance of the three bodies serves as the basis for the change of eras. According to astronomical calculations, such rare coincidences are approaching their full manifestation around 2038.

Alarming Signs from 'Bhavishya Malika' and Mahagupta Padmakalpa

The 'Bhavishya Malika,' written by Saint Achyutananda Das, contains very subtle prophecies about the final phase of the era and great destruction. The text states: 'On the day of the eighth lunar month Vaishakha, on Thursday, Kali Yuga will completely end...'

According to this scripture, when the coincidence of the eighth day of the lunar month Vaishakha and Thursday occurs, the cycle of Kali Yuga will reach its conclusion. On this special day, unprecedented and miraculous events will take place worldwide. According to beliefs, this special period indicates the coming years after which rapid changes may occur in the world.

Speculations on Great Destruction and Loss of Earth's Population

'Bhavishya Malika' also warns that when this period of great transformation reaches its peak, nature will demonstrate fierce wrath. At that time, 'Unchha Marut,' meaning 49 types of extremely destructive and powerful hurricanes, will blow. These terrible natural catastrophes and the consequences of wars can shake even that part of the Earth considered unshakable.

It is asserted that due to this great destruction and turmoil, a significant portion of the Earth's population may suffer, and only a quarter will remain safe, subsequently ushering in a new and pure age—Satya Yuga.
