25-year-old man died of heart attack in Lalbagh, Mumbai

A tragedy occurred in the Lalbagh area of Mumbai: a 25-year-old young man died of a heart attack. According to the police, the deceased was identified as Jaydeep Megradja Namade, 25 years old, and he resided in Boudhan, Pune.

According to police information, on September 17, Jaydeep Namade was at Lalbagh building number 3 with his friends. Suddenly, his condition deteriorated. Representatives of Lalbagh Ganesh Utsav Mandal promptly transported him to Global Hospital by ambulance.

Unfortunately, Jaydeep passed away from a heart attack while receiving treatment in the hospital. A case has been registered under number ADR 63/2026 at the Kalachauk police station regarding this incident. The police reported that the deceased's relatives have not yet filed any complaints or suspicions, and further investigation into the case has begun.

Previously, heart disease was considered an ailment of the elderly, but recent cases have shocked everyone as younger people are increasingly becoming victims.

Health experts have suggested several methods for preventing heart disease that are recommended in the modern world:

  • Avoid alcohol consumption and smoking.
  • Include nutrient-rich foods in the diet.
