A delegation of Uzbek farmers and entrepreneurs, led by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Uzbekistan, visited Healthy in the Arab Republic of Egypt. The purpose of the visit was to study modern working methods in the dairy and livestock sectors, according to the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
The main focus was not only on milk production but on the entire process cycle, from the farm to the consumer. Delegation members familiarized themselves with cattle breeding and feeding methods, as well as the principles of forming a productive herd, organizing the feed base, and modern farm management.
Special interest was drawn to the technologies for rapid cooling of milk after milking and subsequent pasteurization, as these stages are critically important for ensuring product quality and food safety.
During the visit, Uzbek farmers gained practical knowledge and recommendations regarding increasing milk yields, proper organization of animal nutrition, milk processing, and delivery of finished products to end consumers. Following discussions, the parties considered opportunities for implementing joint projects between entrepreneurs from both countries.
