IT Park excluded 105 companies from the register in September

In the first half of September 2026, IT Park excluded 105 companies from its register because they failed to meet the established requirements. According to IT Park Uzbekistan, since the beginning of the current year, this decision has been made regarding 943 enterprises.

Information from Tashkent, Uzbekistan

The largest number of excluded companies was registered in Tashkent—433 enterprises. This was followed by companies from Tashkent region (77), Samarkand region (68), Karakalpakstan (60), Fergana region (56), and Khorezm region (38).

Additionally, 36 companies were excluded from the Syrdarya region, 33 from the Surkhandarya region, 29 from the Namangan region, 25 from the Kashkadarya region, 24 from the Navoi region, 22 from the Jizzakh region, as well as 21 companies each from the Andijan and Bukhara regions.

Participants of IT Park have the right to use benefits and preferences provided for by legislation, and can also use support programs aimed at business development and entry into international markets. However, to maintain participant status, companies must comply with the established conditions.

The main requirements are stipulated in Decree No. 589 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated July 15, 2019, as well as in the agreement concluded with IT Park. In particular, participants must operate within the approved spheres of activity and business plan, provide timely information about their work, undergo annual audits, and fulfill the terms of their agreement with IT Park.

Compliance with these conditions is a necessary prerequisite for maintaining participant status and continuing to use the benefits and support measures available to residents of IT Park.
