A group of Japanese scholars visited the History Museum located at September 18th Street in Shenyang, Liaoning Province, Northeast China. These scholars are members of a Japanese public group that has long been campaigning for the return of cultural artifacts stolen by Japan from China.
After seeing evidence of the brutality of Japanese aggression during the war, they appealed to the Japanese government, urging it to reflect on its historical crimes and ensure that historical facts are passed on to future generations.
