Representatives of Uzbekistan and Siguler Guff discussed investment projects

Uzbekistan's President Shavkat Mirziyoyev met on September 11 with Anh Tuan Chan, founder of the Vietnamese investment group ROX Group, to discuss further expansion of partnership and the launch of new initiatives in Uzbekistan.

Both sides agreed to accelerate the implementation of both ongoing and new projects involving this company. A special 'roadmap' will be created to coordinate the work.

Key areas of cooperation

Priority areas for joint activity were identified as the development of modern industrial and urban infrastructure, renewable energy sources, geological surveys, the financial sector, and the tourism industry.

ROX Group, established in 1996, is one of Vietnam's significant multi-sector investment structures. The company's activities cover areas such as real estate, energy, banking, hospitality, and the provision of various services.

Furthermore, the president had previously held a telephone conversation with Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan. During this discussion, strengthening trade and economic and investment ties, as well as potential projects for industrial cooperation and the creation of transport routes between the South Caucasus and Central Asia, were discussed.
