Representatives of Uzbekistan and Onodera User Run discussed expanding workforce training programs

In Japan, representatives from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Migration Service of Uzbekistan held a meeting with Jun Kato, president of Onodera User Run. This company specializes in training, recruitment, and employment of foreign specialists, according to the Migration Service.

As part of the cooperation with Onodera User Run, training programs are being implemented in Tashkent aimed at preparing candidates for work in Japan. This training covers the study of the Japanese language as well as the development of professional skills.

Currently, courses are being conducted in areas such as driver services, elderly care, and food service. During the meeting, the parties discussed support for current projects and the further development of the partnership.

Particular attention was paid to the potential for opening new educational centers in the regions of Uzbekistan. Furthermore, the possibility of expanding training programs for youth and increasing the chances of subsequent employment for these young people in Japan was discussed.
