According to a report by JM Financial, Coforge is confident in its growth prospects, which is supported by broad revenue growth across various verticals and regions, as well as a record volume of potential large deals.
The company stated that it is focused on achieving consistent revenue growth in constant currencies within a sustainable quarterly range of 3–4 percent, although this figure may sometimes be slightly higher.
JM Financial noted that Coforge reported a record level for its large deal portfolio, and that major deals exceeding the volume signed two to three years ago could be concluded in the second quarter of fiscal year 2027.
Regarding corporate governance issues, the company's management reiterated that internal auditors had raised questions regarding the board of directors' evaluation report for OP Bhatt and DK Singh, after which both resigned while the investigation was ongoing.
Furthermore, Coforge announced its intention to focus on the timely appointment of two independent directors, which is expected to resolve the issue of board independence.
