Homemade Butter: How to Make Fresh White Butter from Ghee

Butter is used very often in most homes. Many people spread butter on bread or toast for breakfast, and also use it in magic, paste, and flatbreads.

However, the butter sold in stores and white butter often contain preservatives, salt, and chemicals that are not healthy. When you want to put fresh white butter on hot flatbreads, dal mahani, or sag, you often have to wait weeks for the cream to gather.

But did you know that even if you don't have cream at home, you can make tender, fresh, and pure white butter in just a few minutes using only ghee and ice? This method is not only very simple but also requires little time.

For this recipe, you will need: pure ghee — 1/2 cup (slightly warm or room temperature), ice cubes — 4-5 pieces, cold water — 2 tablespoons, and a pinch of salt (optional, if you want to make salted butter).

Instructions for preparation:

Take a large, wide glass or steel bowl and pour 1/2 cup of ghee into it (make sure the butter is not too hot).

Then add 4-5 ice cubes and 2 tablespoons of very cold water to the ghee.

Using a whisk, spoon, or fingers, start whipping the butter and ice quickly in one direction. After 1-2 minutes of continuous whipping, you will notice that the yellow butter gradually thickens and changes color, becoming completely white and velvety.

As soon as the butter takes on the form of white butter, remove the remaining ice cubes. Separate the excess water accumulated in the butter and squeeze it with your hands to form a ball of butter.

Your 100% pure and fresh white butter is ready. It can be stored in a glass container in the refrigerator for 10-15 days.

Collagen Home Cream: A Natural Alternative to Expensive Anti-Aging Products

As we age, collagen levels in the skin decrease, leading to the appearance of wrinkles, fine lines, and facial sagging. Many expensive anti-aging creams containing collagen on the market often include chemical substances and preservatives that may not suit all skin types.

If you want to keep your skin young, radiant, and firm without using costly cosmetic products, you can prepare a collagen cream yourself from natural ingredients. This homemade cream penetrates deeply into the skin, stimulating collagen production and helping to eliminate wrinkles.

To prepare it, you will need the following components: aloe vera gel — 2 tablespoons; almond oil or jojoba oil — 1 teaspoon; flaxseed gel — 1 tablespoon; vitamin E capsule — 1 unit; rose water — 1 teaspoon.

First, you need to prepare the flaxseed gel: bring half a cup of water with 1 teaspoon of flaxseeds to a boil in a saucepan and simmer for 5 minutes. When the water thickens and takes on a gel consistency, strain it and let it cool.

Next, in a clean glass bowl, mix 2 tablespoons of aloe vera gel and 1 tablespoon of the prepared flaxseed gel. Then add almond oil, the oil from the vitamin E capsule, and rose water.

To give the mixture a creamy texture, all ingredients must be thoroughly whisked with a spoon or whisk for 2-3 minutes until the mixture becomes perfectly smooth and white. The finished cream should be stored in an airtight glass container in the refrigerator and can be used for 10-15 days.

Every day before bed, after washing your face, gently massage this cream into your face and neck for two minutes.

Masala Peanut Recipe: How to Quickly and Easily Make a Crunchy Snack at Home

Crunchy and spicy masala peanuts sold in stores are liked by everyone, from children to adults. The good news is that this snack can be easily made at home with minimal effort. This snack, which is prepared from legume flour, rice flour, and simple spices, turns out very crunchy on the outside and incredibly tasty. Furthermore, it can be made once and stored for a long time.

If you crave something spicy, try making masala peanuts at home. Below is a recipe for making crunchy masala peanuts similar to the store-bought kind, along with a list of necessary ingredients.

The following components will be needed for preparation: 2 cups of raw peanuts, 4 tablespoons of legume flour (besan), 2 tablespoons of rice flour, 1 teaspoon of red chili powder, half a teaspoon of turmeric powder, 1 teaspoon of chaat masala, half a teaspoon of garam masala, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of ginger and garlic paste, 1 tablespoon of oil, 2-3 tablespoons of water, as well as frying oil.

To ensure the spices evenly coat the peanuts, the water should be added gradually. When frying, maintain medium heat, as strong heat can cause the spices to burn quickly while the peanuts inside do not cook properly. After frying, be sure to let the peanuts cool completely; only then will they retain their crunchy texture for a long time. If you plan to store the finished product, always use airtight containers.
