Updated tariffs for drinking water supply and wastewater disposal services have been approved in the Tashkent region. These new rates will take effect from October 3 of this year.
According to the approved changes, the cost of one cubic meter of drinking water for the population will be 3,100 soms, excluding Value Added Tax (VAT). For wholesale consumers and budgetary institutions, the tariff per cubic meter is set at 16,000 soms.
Regarding sewage services, residents of the region will have to pay 1,500 soms per cubic meter, also excluding VAT. The cost of wastewater disposal services for budgetary organizations and wholesale buyers will be 4,000 soms per cubic meter.
