Housing Company Tshwane (HCT) has announced a tender to attract providers of transaction advisory services. These specialists are required to provide support in preparing projects, financial structuring, capital raising, and transaction support related to the real estate properties owned and managed by the company.
The tender, designated as HCT-SCMU 02/2026-27, is for a period of 36 months, and HCT plans to appoint one or more such providers. Application evaluation will be conducted using a points system with an 80/20 preference, where 80% of the weight is assigned to price, and 20% to achieving specific targets.
A mandatory briefing session is scheduled before the application deadline. An online session will take place on September 22, 2026, at 09:00, followed by an in-person meeting on September 23 at 10:00 at Townlands Social Housing, 374 Cowie Street, Pretoria.
Bidders must provide a number of administrative documents. These include a certificate of incorporation or CIPC documents, certified copies of all directors' identification, a CSD registration report no older than three months, and proof of tax compliance.
Proof of residence for the company and the directors listed in the company's CK documents is also required. In the case of joint ventures, a signed Joint Venture Agreement must be attached.
The application deadline is October 16, 2026, at 12:00 at Housing Company Tshwane, Bitts Centre Building, 24 Parliament Street, Pretoria. Documents for participating in the tender will be available on the Housing Company Tshwane website at hct.tshwane.gov.za on the day of the announcement.
