The film 'Aakasamlo Oka Tara,' featuring Dulquer Salmaan and Savitri Vermaalli, is scheduled for a global release on November 20 of this year. This was announced by the creators of the movie.
The production company Swapna Cinemas made this announcement through its social media channels. Pawan Sadineni is the director of the upcoming feature.
Previously, the creators marked the birthday of actor Dulquer Salmaan by releasing a new poster from the film, showing him in the guise of Krishna. Several months ago, Savitri Vermaalli was also introduced as the main character.
The film is produced by Sandeep Gunnam and Ramya Gunnam under the brand Light Box Media, and it is presented by the renowned production companies Geetha Arts and Swapna Cinema.
Geetha Arts shared a video with the actress, accompanying it with the text: 'She carries a dream bigger than the sky... Introducing Savitri Vermaalli—a dreamer who gives wings #AakasamLoOkaTara #AOTMovie.'
The video begins with a child pointing at the sky and asking, 'How can I get to space?'. Then, viewers are shown Savitri Vermaalli as a village girl whose dream of flying into space is denied. A man's voice says: 'Coming from a village with no roads, you plan to fly into space? First, show us if you can cross the village boundaries. Then we will see.'
The plot of the film tells the story of a girl from a remote rural area who realizes her dream of becoming an astronaut and traveling to space. The film features a fantastic technical team: the music is performed by G. V. Prakash Kumar, a two-time National Award winner, and the cinematography is done by one of the best specialists in the field, Sujith Saran. The editing is handled by K. L. Praveen, a National Award laureate.
