BAMX Developments attracted attention at the International Property Show (IPS) 2026, showcasing its vision, international experience, and expanding portfolio of assets in the UAE at one of the most influential regional real estate venues.
The XXII edition of IPS took place from September 7 to 9 at the Dubai World Trade Centre. The event gathered developers, investors, financial institutions, brokers, real estate specialists, and industry leaders from across the region and beyond.
Over three days, BAMX met with visitors, investors, and industry professionals at booth E-05 in Hall 8, presenting its approach to modern construction and the concept of its growing portfolio in the UAE.
With over 30 years of experience, BAMX presented its international portfolio, covering the UAE, Tajikistan, Austria, and Armenia, within which more than 10 million square meters of projects have been implemented.
The BAMX team, led by founder and chairman Dr. Mehdi Kavousi, used IPS 2026 to highlight the company's international experience and its development methodology, which is based on principles of quality, unique design, lifestyle, and transparency.

At IPS 2026, BAMX focused on key projects within its growing portfolio in Dubai, particularly in the Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC) and Dubai South areas.
Among the presented properties was 77 Boulevard—an elite residential complex in JVC, distinguished by Italian-style design, smart home features, and a selection of units ranging from studios to three-bedroom apartments. 311 Boulevard, a luxurious residential address in JVC, was also presented, offering diverse lifestyle amenities including a rooftop cinema, swimming pools, and outdoor wellness zones.
Additionally, the new development X11 in Dubai South was showcased, demonstrating BAMX's expanding presence in one of Dubai's most promising areas. The official launch of X11 is scheduled for October 15, 2026.
