Six Uzbek companies presented the GUZAR collection in Moscow

Six textile and garment companies from Uzbekistan presented their Spring-Summer 2027 (SS2027) collection under the common brand GUZAR at the Collection Première Moscow (CPM) event in Moscow. The presentation took place on August 31st on the CPM runway at Crocus Expo, as part of the UNIDO project 'Sustainable development of the textile and garment industry in Uzbekistan.'

Companies involved in developing the collection included Samarkand Euro Asia Textile, F17 Jeans, Ferstyletex, Imron Textile, Bekmen, and Sultana/SLB Denim. This project was supported by UNIDO and financed by the Russian Federation.

In June and July, international and national UNIDO experts directly collaborated with these companies to analyze and refine over 70 models for the SS2027 collection. The work covered fabric and color selection, pattern design, clothing construction, and merchandising.

This presentation was a continuation of the first GUZAR show at CPM, which took place in February 2026. At that event, the concept was presented to international buyers, which helped determine directions for further improving the companies' capabilities in design, product quality, and export readiness.

The SS2027 collection included denim wear, knitwear, jersey items, casual, and classic styles. After the show, industry representatives and buyers visited the GUZAR stand, where the presented goods, as well as opportunities for cooperation, purchasing, and placing orders with Uzbek manufacturers, were discussed.

According to the project team, the next stage will focus on converting buyer interest into sample development, commercial proposals, and concrete contracts. The companies will also continue to receive support regarding product development, pricing, and export preparation.
