World Summit on the Future and Well-being of Children to be Held in Samarkand

A World Summit dedicated to the future and well-being of children is scheduled to take place in Samarkand. The event will be held on October 21–22, 2026.

Representatives from over one hundred countries, including political leaders, ministers, experts, as well as children and adolescents, will participate in the summit. Additionally, representatives of international organizations will attend the event.

Summit Program Details

The summit program includes an official opening ceremony and a series of panel discussions. Participants will have the opportunity to visit various social infrastructure facilities in Uzbekistan. The main topics for discussion will be child health, early development, inclusive education, as well as ensuring social protection for children and families and the accessibility of social services.

Parallel to the summit, the II International Congress on Pediatric Oncology is planned at the forum venue. The goal of the congress participants is to consolidate international experience and implement advanced methods to develop effective solutions and build a more effective youth support system.
