The Nametansky regional hokim Shavkatjon Abdurrazzakov met with Lu Weisi, Deputy General Director of Shanghai Construction Group for Central Asia. The meeting aimed to discuss prospects for implementing investment projects in the fields of road construction, transport infrastructure, and the construction sector, according to a statement from the Nametansky regional hokimiyate.
During the negotiations, the parties reviewed issues of modernizing the region's road and transport infrastructure, as well as the construction and restoration of roads using modern technologies and international experience. They exchanged views on the possibilities of implementing large-scale projects in the road sector based on modern approaches.
Shanghai Construction Group is a major international construction company with experience in construction, engineering, infrastructure, and urban development. The parties noted that projects aimed at improving the transport infrastructure of the Nametansky region and increasing the quality and capacity of its roads are of great importance for the further growth of the region's investment attractiveness.
Following the discussions, an agreement was reached on jointly developing potential projects, studying investment opportunities, and advancing cooperation toward practical implementation.
