Tanisha Mukherjee comments on women in relationships with married men, sparking debate

Actress Tanisha Mukherjee, Kajol's younger sister, who remains unmarried at the age of 48, has sparked a public discussion with her statement about dating. She stated that women who maintain relationships with married men cannot be considered feminists.

In her post, Tanisha Mukherjee condemned women who have affairs with married men. In her opinion, such women are not feminists but rather act against other women. She wrote on X: 'I believe that women who are in relationships with married men are not feminists. The truth is that they are acting against women themselves because a relationship with someone's husband is an insult to his wife. Such men are also equally guilty; their character is bad, and women who chase married men are completely corrupt. They should not be role models for our children.'

The reaction of users on social media to Tanisha Mukherjee's post led to arguments. Some users agreed with her opinion, while others expressed disagreement. One user noted that unmarried women did not take vows of fidelity, whereas married men did. He advised that complaints should be directed at married men who insult their wives, children, and marriage by having affairs.

Another user mocked Tanisha, stating that there are many such people in Bollywood and that she is blaming members of her own family. He added that she is not responsible for anyone, regardless of whether that person is a member of her family.
