Due to the high real estate prices in Mumbai, where even for significant sums buyers acquire small apartments, an Indian resident living in Poland shared a video of a beautiful house that attracted attention from social media users.
Dipanshu Lakhwan posted this video on Instagram. He noted that while in various areas of Mumbai one can purchase a small apartment for approximately 10 crore rupees, in Poland, for a budget of 15 to 17 crore rupees, it is possible to build a much more spacious house. To illustrate this comparison, he showed an overview of the house in the video.
At the beginning of the video, Dipanshu stated: 'Brothers, I saw that in many places in Mumbai you can find small apartments for 10 crore rupees. But today in Poland, I will show you what kind of house can be built for 15–17 crore rupees.'
He then panned the camera across different parts of the house. The video shows spacious rooms, magnificent wood carvings, and a large garden behind the house. Dipanshu mentioned that this is one of his favorite places, which he sometimes visits on weekends. In addition to its beauty, the house's antique style is particularly highlighted in the video.
Discussing the old design, Dipanshu talked about the wood used in the house and the items inside. According to him, preparing this house took about 20 years. Thus, it is not just a large house, but also an object that requires a lot of time and effort to create.
Showing an old photograph dated to the 1920s, Dipanshu explained that wood older than a hundred years has been used throughout the house. He also demonstrated a room where he stayed, noting that many items in this room are between 50 and 100 years old.
It is this old wood, traditional design, and surrounding green environment that give the house a unique look, distinguishing it from modern constructions. This feature of the house impressed Dipanshu, and he views it as the embodiment of one of his future dreams.
In the video description, Dipanshu wrote that this is a house built with love. He added that he plans to make it his residence after retirement.
