A feature of this AI passenger was that it did not limit itself to just specifying the train name. According to reports, it analyzed available trains and checked the seat situation, discovering that some options had a waiting list status.

After this, the AI requested further instructions. When it was suggested to look at trains for the next day, it repeated the search and presented new options.

Thus, the AI attempted to perform most of the actions that usually require multiple clicks from the user on its own. However, within the scope of this experiment, the payment stage remained incomplete.

It is important to understand that this is a demonstration experiment shown on social media and should not be considered an official ticket booking function by IRCTC.

The question arises whether AI will in the future only answer questions or begin to perform entire tasks by opening websites for users. This ticket booking scenario gives insight into the possibilities of the future. The real challenge will arise when AI has to handle all processes, including Tatkal booking, payment, and other technical difficulties. Only one thing is clear for now: AI has stopped being just a communication tool and is actively moving towards performing tasks for users.
