Due to global climate change, glacier melt, and rapid population growth, the problem of water scarcity is knocking on the door. The Central Asian region, where it is located, is considered one of the areas with the highest risk of water shortage. If the culture of water use does not change today, society will face a number of serious problems tomorrow.
