The Ministry of Agriculture of Uzbekistan held a meeting with Charoen Pokphand Foods Public Company Ltd. (CPF) from Thailand to discuss prospects for cooperation in the agricultural and food industries.

During the meeting, representatives of CPF, led by Buri Srina, the general director of the company's representation in Russia, reviewed current opportunities for interaction and prepared for joint investment projects.
At the beginning of the meeting, the CPF delegation presented information about the company's activities, its experience in the agricultural and food sectors, as well as international projects and investment activity. Special attention was paid to the presentation of the company's poultry farm located in Russia.
The parties identified priority areas for cooperation, including the production of feed for livestock and poultry, the development of poultry and animal husbandry, the implementation of modern agricultural technologies, and the use of biosecurity systems.
After the meeting concluded, participants continued to discuss promising projects, possible forms of partnership, the assessment of necessary investment volumes and resources, as well as further steps for implementing relevant investment initiatives.
