Young man cleaned 250 kg of trash from the Ganges

Shivam, a 21-year-old who grew up near the Ganges River, views it as his mother. He spent time by the river playing, praying, and observing it.

However, noticing the pollution of the river with flowers, idols, plastic, and oil-soaked fabric, he decided to take action. Despite risks such as infections, allergies, snakebite danger, and ridicule from others, he began cleaning the Ganges independently.

Today, his efforts inspire other people to change their attitude towards maintaining river cleanliness. This example shows that changes can begin not with a large movement, but with one person who refuses to give up.
