It was emphasized that this requires specific capabilities and a level of readiness. In the context of this discussion, it was mentioned that France contributes to ensuring Estonia's independence with its troops on Estonian territory.
In this regard, it was noted that if cooperation in the nuclear sphere can be deepened, it will likely develop further. At the same time, it was stressed that France is already under NATO's nuclear 'umbrella'.
