Samsung announced this Monday, September 14th, the introduction to the Brazilian market of the new generation of televisions belonging to the Vision AI family. This new portfolio includes the national debut of Micro RGB technology, in addition to significant updates to existing lines such as OLED, Neo QLED, and The Frame Pro.
These devices are available in various sizes, ranging from 48 to 85 inches, and are equipped with artificial intelligence functionalities designed to optimize both image and sound quality. Additionally, they offer voice command interaction and routine control capabilities.
The devices can already be purchased for prices reaching up to R$ 42,499. The major innovation lies in the TVs that use Micro RGB technology, which replaces conventional white LED lighting with tiny LEDs capable of generating light without depending on organic materials, as occurs in OLED panels.
Panels with Micro RGB technology will arrive in the country in models R85G and R95H. Although the larger model was presented by Samsung at CES 2026 with 130 inches, the version available in Brazil will be smaller, at 85 inches. The R85H model offers more dimension options, including 55, 65, and 75 inches.
The R95H model incorporates advanced features such as HDR10+ in Adaptative, Gaming, and Advanced modes, along with the Auto HDR Remastering Pro system. Its screen reaches 165 Hz and has four HDMI ports compatible with 4K signal. In terms of audio, it features 4.2.2 channels with 70W power and Dolby Atmos support. Furthermore, this device includes active voice amplification, adaptive audio, and 360-degree immersive audio functionality.
In contrast, the R85H model uses the same panel technology but presents slightly simplified specifications. It has a maximum refresh rate of 144 Hz and maintains four HDMI inputs with 4K capability. However, its audio system consists of two channels with 30W power, although it also includes Dolby Atmos technology.
Both models share Wi-Fi 6E connectivity, Bluetooth 5.3, four HDMI ports, two USB-A ports, Ethernet, and eARC, in addition to support for the Auracast standard.
The company also promoted updates to the OLED, Neo QLED, and The Frame Pro lines. All Samsung premium TVs now include the Vision AI package, which centralizes artificial intelligence features to enhance image, sound, and interaction. The main novelty in this aspect is the Vision AI Companion, which integrates the Bixby and Google Gemini assistants to answer voice questions and analyze content displayed on the television.
In the field of audio, Samsung introduces AI Layered Audio, a function that can distinguish the various components of the soundtrack, allowing the user to isolate them. For example, during a soccer match, the user can choose to prioritize the commentary or the stadium ambient sound.
Additionally, the AI Enhanced Picture feature performs automatic adjustments to characteristics such as sharpness, brightness, and depth according to the scene, while the processing works to elevate the quality of lower-resolution content. Other functionalities include Live Translate, AI-generated wallpaper, AI Soccer Mode, and Pet Care Mode, which uses the TV's microphone to detect animal noises and play calming content when owners are not present.
