In the city of Almalyk, a tourist complex 'Ecopark' will be built on the territory of the 'Kamalak' mahalla, attracting direct foreign investment of about 15 million dollars.
The agreement to launch this project was concluded during a meeting between the city hokim Barhaeta Meliev and a delegation from the Chinese corporation Haocheng Industry Group.
Concept of the new park
According to the presented concept, the new park will occupy a large green area. This area is designed to include the creation of artificial reservoirs and canals, as well as the development of walking zones, sports and recreational areas, and necessary infrastructure and parking facilities.
This project is intended to be a modern recreation area for local residents and visitors of Almalyk, as well as a way to significantly increase the area of green spaces in the city.
Activities of the Chinese company
Haocheng Industry Group specializes in financing and constructing energy and infrastructure facilities under the EPC+F scheme. The investor has experience in executing similar projects in Australia, China, and Indonesia.
In Uzbekistan, this company is involved in the implementation of energy and infrastructure projects totaling over 420 million dollars. Among these projects, Haocheng Industry Group is involved in initiatives in New Tashkent and at the Syrdarya Thermal Power Plant.
