The voice AI platform SquadStack.ai introduced a results-based pricing model for its AI sales managers, linking fees to revenue generated rather than conversation minutes or processed dialogues. This model is currently available for sales in the banking and financial sector, with plans to expand to other industries in the coming months. SquadStack stated that the new approach moves away from the industry's prevailing per-minute pricing model, which typically ranges from ₹2 to ₹6.
Under the new model, clients pay a low fixed base fee along with a success commission tied to business outcomes. Before implementation, SquadStack works with clients to map sales funnels, establish benchmarks, and assess the potential impact of its agents. In the personal lending segment, the company earns a commission on loans disbursed through dialogues processed by its agents, while credit card use cases are linked to issued cards.
