Authorities have announced that residents and citizens of Dubai can now obtain an International Driving Permit in just five minutes at Dubai International Airport.
This service operates 24/7 at the Customer Satisfaction Center located in Arrival Terminal 3 and is available to citizens and residents who possess a valid UAE driver's license.
The launch of this service was carried out by the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA Dubai) in collaboration with the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA), Emirates Automobile and Touring Club, and Amer.
To apply for the document, applicants must provide their Emirates ID, a valid UAE driver's license, a copy of their passport, and a personal photograph.
