The Employees' Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO) has launched its WhatsApp channel and shared this information via a post on the social media network Twitter (now X). By simply typing 'Hello,' an EPFO member will instantly receive detailed information about their PF account, including the balance, on WhatsApp.
Furthermore, members of the organization, employees, and pensioners will be able to receive all necessary services and any future updates through this channel from EPFO.
EPFO is taking continuous steps to expand its reach among its members and ensure them easy access to all services, and as part of this process, a new feature has been implemented through the WhatsApp messaging platform. In this regard, EPFO notified participants about the possibility of joining this channel via a post on X.
The EPFO X Post clearly stated that by connecting to this WhatsApp channel, employees will be able to receive the latest updates and important information. EPFO also placed a QR code (EPFO QR Code) in the post, which allows members to join the channel by scanning it.
