The film 'The Paradise' by Telugu superstar Naani is generating significant interest in the South Indian cinema industry. Although the project features numerous stars from various regions of India, Naani himself does not intend to promote it as a pan-Indian film. Recently, at a press event, the superstar made several important statements regarding 'The Paradise.'

Regarding a trailer, it was announced that one will not be released. There are only two weeks left until the film's premiere. Typically, a trailer is released before a movie comes out, but in this case, the creators have decided to release the film directly in theaters. The reason for this is that filming has not yet been completed, a decision Naani personally confirmed.

Naani explained that the team is focused on refining the final result of the film because some scenes still need to be shot. He noted that releasing a trailer under the current circumstances would force the director, composer, and other key team members to divert attention from the remaining work. If asked what is more important—the trailer or the film itself—he would choose the film. Although he personally would like to create and release a magnificent trailer, the entire team has decided against its release given the current situation.

The Telugu superstar also emphasized that the decision to forgo a trailer was not made due to high anticipation surrounding the film. Naani stated that this decision is not based on preliminary audience enthusiasm. While there is high interest in the picture among the audience, the creators do not feel the film requires a trailer. They do not want to underestimate the viewers and do not rely on the film itself to attract attention without promotional materials.

The creators of 'The Paradise' are also aiming to move away from the concept of a pan-Indian project and focus on their domestic market, specifically the Telugu audience. Discussing the large-scale release and reach of the film, Naani shared the team's views on the multilingual distribution of the project. He clarified that they do not want to label it a pan-Indian film. The film will be released not only in Telugu but also in several other languages. Naani considers Telugu his main priority, and he hopes that viewers of other languages will also see and enjoy 'The Paradise' to its fullest.

The film 'The Paradise', produced by SLV Cinemas, is scheduled for a major theatrical release on September 24, 2026. It will be released in eight languages: Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, English, Spanish, Bengali, Kannada, and Malayalam. Renowned actors such as Raghav Jual and Sonali Kulkarni will also star in the film.

The film illuminates the marital life of Nima Karoli Baba. Lakshmi Narayan, who was absorbed in the meditations of Sita-Rama from the age of 12, did not find happiness in marriage. He turned away from worldly temptations and spent his life in a cave-hut, later becoming known as Nima Karoli Baba.

However, the plot takes a turn when years later his father forces him to return home. In reality, he was already married to Rambeti, who had been living in the parental home all this time. Lakshmi Narayan had almost forgotten about this, and his father decided on the wedding. It is here that a very touching and soulful scene begins, accompanied by the song 'When Parvati insisted, and Saptarishi came to calm her down...'.

Baba acts as the groom and brings provisions for the house. It would seem that his family life will now gain stability. But the film reveals another facet: although Nima Karoli Baba takes on the responsibilities of the head of the family, he keeps Rambeti away from the spousal love and happiness that a woman naturally expects. Days pass, and Rambeti remains silent.

Eventually, Rambeti's patience breaks. When Baba announces that he will go to the village of Nima Karoli to meet his followers, Rambeti asks her long-standing question: 'Am I not beautiful? Is there something wrong with me?' Baba smiles and only replies 'no'. However, Rambeti's complaints do not cease. Then Baba takes several mustard seeds, places them on his tongue, and shows his wife his open mouth. What happens next deeply moves Rambeti. The mustard seed seems to sprout and turn into a flower, and Rambeti understands that her husband is not an ordinary man, but a divine figure.

After this, she does not stop him. She gathers a blanket, a pitcher, and a cloak for his journey. Perhaps the most beautiful moment of this story occurs at the end. As Baba prepares to leave, Rambeti hesitantly asks for just one thing: 'Please continue to wear your beard, it suits you so well.' Baba accepts this small request with a smile and goes to the barber to shave.

This short episode of the film, according to the author, demonstrates a very calm and beautiful form of love. There is no stubbornness in seeking love, no criticism, no cold questions and answers, no fuss or selfishness. Rambeti asked for her share of love, but it was done selflessly, within her right.
