Furthermore, the countries are working to improve forecasts of future workforce needs.
The 'New Delhi Declaration' establishes a complete chain of interaction, starting from basic education and digital literacy, and ending with higher education, technical training, and employment. The document calls for cooperation on the safe and human-centric use of new technologies, including AI.
The Declaration supports scholarships for bachelor's and master's degrees in STEM and strongly recommends strengthening ties between Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) institutions and industry to expand employment opportunities. The main goal is to make education more responsive to changes in the labor market. Member countries commit to studying trends in priority sectors such as digital, green, and care sectors to anticipate the skills employers will require.

The Declaration also welcomes the BRICS network, which focuses on capacity building, enhancing labor market competitiveness, and mastering new skills and technologies.
