The design team presented the description of a rental building composed of 37 apartments, located in the city of L'Hospitalet de Llobregat. This development is situated in a peripheral area, integrated into an urban context that is undergoing continuous change, transitioning from an industrial zone to a residential area with limited economic resources.
The architectural concept developed aims to offer a solution that can optimize the characteristics of the location, adequately utilizing sunlight incidence and ensuring the well-being of the residents. Furthermore, the project was designed to be cost-efficient, rational, simple to maintain, and flexible enough to accommodate potential future modifications.
