Uzbekistan reissues license to GLOBEMARKETS LLC for securities market activities

The National Agency for Advanced Projects of Uzbekistan (NAPP) announced the reissuance of a license to GLOBEMARKETS LLC. This license allows the company to conduct professional activities in the securities market as an investment intermediary.

The reissuance of the license was necessary due to a change in the registered location of GLOBEMARKETS LLC, including an update to the mailing address.

This decision was made in accordance with clauses 34 and 36 of the Regulation on the Procedure for Licensing Professional Activities of Investment Intermediaries and Asset Managers in the Securities Market.

The document received approval under NAPP Director's Order No. 17 dated May 7, 2026, and was registered on June 9, 2026, under registration number 3850. The relevant information was entered into the electronic register of participants in the professional securities market on the agency's official website according to established procedures.
