Actor Jane Ibad Khan speaks out on child abuse cases and criticism of religious figures

The well-known Indian television actor Jane Ibad Khan, who has worked in projects such as 'Ishq Mein Marjawan 2' and 'Ashkana', shared his thoughts on a very sensitive topic in the Shardula Pandit podcast.

Jane noted the growing number of rape cases, calling it an extremely serious phenomenon. He mentioned that he has many thoughts he would like to voice on social media but ultimately refrains from publishing them.

He shared an incident that occurred in the morning after viewing a post that made him cry. Jane explained that he often writes long posts on social media but deletes them before publishing because he feels he shouldn't do so.

When asked what caused the tears, he recounted hearing some religious scholars on social media claim that rapes occur because girls wear short clothing. He then saw news about the mistreatment of a three-year-old girl and wondered: what bad things was she wearing? What did this innocent girl do wrong?

He added that he never wants anything like this to happen to anyone in the world. However, he questioned whether religious figures would respond the same way if it happened to one of their daughters, or if they would say the girl's parents dressed her in dirty clothes. In his opinion, for them, there is no male guilt.

Jane believes that such people try to protect the entire male population from any accusations, unwilling to let the world know how empty they are inside. Discussing this, Jane Ibad Khan became upset, and his eyes filled with tears. Viewers highly appreciated his perspective, and fans expressed respect for Jane, calling him the 'Green Forest'.
