The price band is set between ₹79 and ₹84 per share. The offering includes a fresh issue of ₹600 billion and a public offer of shares by existing shareholders amounting to ₹400 billion. The proceeds will be used for debt repayment and capital expenditures, among other uses.
Namma Yatri launched the Namma Santhe platform, which serves as both a physical and online retail space for drivers in Bengaluru. This launch was executed in partnership with Keystones. The company stated that it will not charge a commission on sales; goods will come from Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and authorized suppliers, and delivery will be managed through the company's office store and via app orders.
QClairvoyance Quantum Labs entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with IITM C-DOT Samgnya Technologies Foundation, which is India's National Quantum Communications Centre under the National Quantum Mission.
