A delegation from the Fergana region, led by Hokim Khayrullo Bozorov, familiarized itself with the technological achievements of the LG Group during a visit to the LG Innovation Gallery located in Seoul.

According to the administration of the Fergana region, the exhibition center is situated in the LG Sciencepark complex in the Magok area, Gangseo District, of Seoul. The gallery is a unified space showcasing modern technologies, innovative developments, and promising solutions from the LG Group.

During the tour, delegation members received information about the center's activities and the technological developments presented there. Special attention was paid to solutions in artificial intelligence and robotics, OLED displays, smart home and Internet of Things technologies, connected cars, biotechnology, and other fields.

In the robotics zone, the delegation was shown advanced solutions based on electronic components, display technologies, and artificial intelligence. Furthermore, the center presented smart home technologies developed on the basis of LG's ThinQ artificial intelligence platform. These technologies allow various smart home devices to be integrated into a single system and managed through it.

The visit to the LG Innovation Gallery allowed the delegation from the Fergana region to learn about the modern technological solutions and advanced developments of the company presented in its innovation complex.

According to information from the Fergana region of Uzbekistan, this region intends to adopt South Korean medical practices and expand cooperation with the Bundang National University Hospital in Seoul.

Discussion of Cooperation

The Governor of the Fergana Region, Khayrullo Bozorov, held negotiations on September 4, 2026, with a delegation led by Professor Sergey Kim, who is the head of the International Medical Center at Bundang National University Hospital in Seoul. The main topic of the meeting was deepening interaction in the field of healthcare, presenting advanced medical methods, improving specialists' qualifications, and organizing professional exchange programs in the region.

Bozorov emphasized that nationwide reforms are currently underway aimed at improving the quality and efficiency of medical services, as well as expanding modern diagnostic and treatment methods. He noted that partnership with international medical institutions, including leading clinics from South Korea, is an important element of this development strategy.

Plans for Experience Exchange

As part of the proposals put forward during the negotiations, doctors from the Fergana region will be sent to Bundang National University Hospital in Seoul to receive advanced training. The parties also discussed the possibility of holding master classes and training courses, which will be conducted by specialists from South Korea directly in Fergana, as well as exchanging technical expertise in diagnostic and treatment methods.
