Paresh Rawal comments on the relocation of the 72nd National Film Academy Awards to Gujarat

Amid debates about holding the 72nd National Film Academy Awards for the first time outside the capital, in Kevadia, Gujarat state, some individuals have raised questions. In response, Bollywood actor Paresh Rawal has reacted.

Actor Paresh Rawal defended the decision to hold the ceremony in Gujarat, asserting that Gujarat is an integral part of India and that hosting major national events there is entirely permissible.

Regarding the disagreements surrounding the 72nd National Film Academy Awards in Gujarat, actor Paresh Rawal stated: 'Is Gujarat in Bangladesh or Pakistan? It is also part of our country. Why can't this event take place in Gujarat? Such events should be held in all states. There is nothing wrong with this. The January 26th parades are held in Delhi. I believe such functions should be held in every state.'

The actor added that it is the politicians' job to raise such issues, but he wonders: 'Isn't Gujarat part of our country?'

Director Rahul Dholakia and Maharashtra Chief Minister Navinirman Sena (MNS) Raj Thackeray had previously expressed doubts about this event. Raj Thackeray questioned: 'What is the real reason for moving the National Film Academy from Delhi to Gujarat? If the venue needed to be changed, why not move it to Mumbai?' Director Rahul Dholakia also cast doubt on the decision, insisting that the National Film Academy should be held in Delhi, and asked why such a state, which has contributed greatly to cinema, is not given such an opportunity?

The 72nd National Film Academy Awards will take place in Kevadia, Gujarat, not in the national capital. This prestigious ceremony has traditionally been held there for many years. The event is scheduled for September 22nd.

As part of a major political move, the ministry announced the decision to hold the National Film Academy outside the national capital, in various parts of the country. The ceremony, which will be held in Ekta Nagar this year, will bring together cinematic talents from all over India and embody the spirit of 'One India, Great India.'

Further information about the event is awaited. At the 72nd National Film Academy Awards, Kartik Aaryan and Mamuti were jointly awarded the 'Best Actor in Lead Role' for their work in the films 'Chandu Champion' and 'Brahmugyam' respectively. The film 'Article 370' will receive the 'Best Feature Film' award, and Yami Gautam will receive the best actress award for 'Article 370.'

Film 'Hanuman Ansh' Exceeds 160 Crore, Team Meets with Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister

The film 'Hanuman Ansh' has become one of the most significant films in Bollywood, surpassing the box office collections of all previously released Indian and regional films. The film, shot on a modest budget of 2 crore, collected 170 crore at the box office.

After achieving such success, the entire crew of the film 'Hanuman Ansh' visited an official of Uttar Pradesh, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath.

Director Vishal Chaturvedi, along with the entire team, including lead actor Shobhava Satyu and singer Sadhu Tiwari, was in Lucknow. They visited the minister's office where a meeting took place with Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath. Director Vishal and actor Shobhava shared their impressions regarding the film with the minister.

The crew later informed the publication Aaj Tak about their meeting with the chief minister. Minister Yogi Adityanath reviewed important scenes related to Gorakhnath Ji. The film also depicts meetings between Nim Karoli Baba and the saints of the Nath Sampradaya.

Director Vishal Chaturvedi asserts that Nim Karoli Baba was influenced by the saints of the Nath Sampradaya in the early stages of his life. According to the director, it was thanks to the contacts and presence of these Nath saints that Baba Nib Kauri gained divine powers. The film elaborately covers the spiritual life of Nim Karoli Baba and aspects related to the Nath tradition.

Following the meeting of the 'Hanuman Ansh' film team with Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, there were speculations about the possible declaration of the film as tax-exempt across the state of Uttar Pradesh. Previously, other Bollywood films had received such tax exemptions from the Chief Minister Yogi. Currently, the film 'Hanuman Ansh' is tax-exempt throughout the state of Uttarakhand. Now it remains to be seen whether the filmmakers will benefit from Uttar Pradesh as well.

As for the film 'Hanuman Ansh' itself, in its fifth week of release, it set records so significant that even the year's major hit, 'Dhurandar', appeared insignificant next to it. It remains to be seen what other records it might break.
