Navoi International Airport signed an agreement on a strategic alliance with Harvest Epoch Strategic Investment Limited, based in Hong Kong. The goal of this partnership is to develop international logistics routes and implement new cargo transportation projects.
The document was signed on September 9th in Hong Kong during an international conference on the Belt and Road Initiative, which included a delegation from the government of Uzbekistan. The agreement was concluded between LLC 'Navoi International Airport' and Harvest Epoch Strategic Investment Limited.
This document provides for the fulfillment of tasks defined in Decree of the President of Uzbekistan No. PP-50 dated February 9, 2026, concerning measures to improve the efficiency of Navoi International Airport.
Key Objectives of the Alliance
The key objective of the alliance is to further strengthen the position of Navoi Airport in the global transport and logistics system, as well as to implement new strategic projects. The cooperation aims to increase the volume of international cargo transportation and create new logistics routes and services.
These services include logistics for e-commerce and express delivery, cold chain, transportation of goods for the automotive industry, transport of heavy and oversized goods, multimodal transport, and the development of rail-air connections.
The main goal of the project is to form a strategic multimodal logistics hub at Navoi International Airport, which will connect Europe, South Asia, and China. It is expected that the development of these directions will attract new flows of cargo and logistics operators, expand the presence of airlines, and create additional opportunities for the airport's growth.
