The Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation of Uzbekistan announced the opening of the Korean Language and Culture Center at Navoi State University. This opening is part of efforts to expand educational cooperation between Uzbekistan and South Korea.
The opening ceremony was attended by the Rector of Navoi State University, Mukhiddin Kalonov, the Rector of Puchon University, Jang Chun-soo, representatives from both universities, and other guests.
The new center will provide students of Navoi State University with additional opportunities to study the Korean language and culture. Furthermore, it will contribute to strengthening ties with higher education institutions in South Korea.
It is also planned that the center will expand students' access to international educational opportunities and create new conditions for further interaction between the universities of the two countries.
