The Higher Tax School at the Tax Committee of Uzbekistan and the Academy of Leadership and Business Process Management of the Federal Tax Service of Russia (FNS Academy) concluded a bilateral cooperation agreement.
The goal of this agreement is to expand international cooperation and create a system for training tax specialists who possess modern knowledge and professional competencies.
The Rector of the Higher Tax School, Igitaliy Narzieev, and the Rector of the FNS Academy, Ivan Efremov, noted that this agreement will allow cooperation in the field of training and professional development of tax system employees to reach a new level. Other priorities include the introduction of modern educational technologies and the exchange of best practices.
During the visit, the parties discussed issues of improving tax administration and human resource development. Special attention was paid to digital technologies, research work, and modern curricula.
Representatives of the Higher Tax School familiarized themselves with the activities of the FNS Academy in education and professional growth, as well as its advanced training courses. Following the meetings, the parties confirmed their readiness to consistently develop mutually beneficial cooperation, improve practical mechanisms for experience exchange, and implement joint projects for training qualified tax personnel.
