The project team described that upon reaching the location of Casa Malonic, the landscape presents an intensity that is difficult to express in words. The setting combines an ocean stretching to a limitless horizon with a jungle area occupying the terrain, giving it an almost sacred aura.
In this environment, elements such as light, flora, rocks, vegetation, and numerous forms of life converge to form an experience that precedes the architectural construction itself. Given these natural circumstances, architecture cannot be seen as something isolated from the landscape, but rather as an instrument to establish a connection with it.
