BharatPe introduces Agentic AI assistant and Credit Coach tool at Global Fintech Fest 2026

BharatPe has intensified its efforts in artificial intelligence by unveiling two new tools at the Global Fintech Fest 2026. These tools include BharatPe Agentic AI, which serves as an assistant for merchants, and Credit Coach, which uses AI to enhance user awareness about credit.

BharatPe Agentic AI functions as a smart assistant within the BharatPe for Business application and is built on Google Cloud's Gemini Enterprise Agent Platform. It is capable of understanding merchant needs and executing actions across more than 60 active systems in real time.

The Credit Coach tool utilizes AI-based personalization and video content to provide users with a more engaging way to review their credit profile and changes in credit rating.

According to the company, BharatPe Agentic AI is designed to provide every merchant with an AI-powered business partner that helps manage daily operations. This assistant, integrated into the BharatPe for Business app, analyzes the merchant's business, products, and interaction history, allowing it to communicate in the preferred language and act on their behalf.

The assistant can use screen action data, interaction history, and previous support requests to provide more relevant assistance. Merchants also have the option to choose the assistant's persona, avatar, and voice in Hindi, English, Hinglish, and regional languages.

At the presentation of BharatPe's AI Suite, Nalin Negi, CEO of BharatPe, noted that they view AI not merely as a technological layer but as a means to make financial services more understandable, relevant, and responsive to people's real lives and transactions. He added that through BharatPe Agentic AI, the company goes beyond simply answering questions, helping merchants complete tasks, while Credit Coach makes credit literacy improvement more personalized and practical. He emphasized that these are early but important steps toward creating a more intelligent fintech platform focused on India.

Harsh Dhund, Director of AI Partnerships APAC at Google, expressed delight that Google AI is contributing to the transformation of small business operations across India. He noted that with multimodal, voice intelligence in the BharatPe Agentic AI experience, the company expects Indian merchants to benefit from a reliable, multilingual daily partner that reduces daily operational hassles and accelerates financial inclusion across the country.

Furthermore, through the My Shop My Ad (MSMA) program, BharatPe enables merchants to create personalized advertisements where the AI avatar of Rohit Sharma promotes their individual business, offering local merchants an ambassador-style advertising experience.
